At Crankbrothers, we stand behind the quality of our mountain bike components and offer a 30-day return window for products in new, unused condition with original packaging. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your ride, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your components.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the tracking number is saved for your records to monitor the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technical team will inspect the returned gear within 5-7 business days, after which a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
